TACLOBAN CITY – As the aesthetic lighting on the San Juanico Bridge has already been activated, the Department of Tourism (DOT) in Eastern Visayas has assured us that it is not yet the final version, as different light show programs are still being uploaded.
"The lights of the San Juanico Bridge sure look great now. But guess what; that's not the final rendition yet. Different light show programs are still being uploaded," DOT Eastern Visayas (EV) said in a statement.

The Department of Transportation advised those who wish to view the magnificent bridge's light show to be patient if it is not on certain nights or if there are technical difficulties with the light display.
"The contractor is simply making sure that when the official lights-up ceremony is done, the show will be spectacular. And every show thereafter will be just as awesome," DOT-EV added.
Additionally, the department assured that the date of the SPARK SAN JUANICO: Aesthetic Light and Sound Show Lights Up Ceremony will be announced in the near future. —iTacloban
