| The City Government of Tacloban resumes its online vaccine registration for individuals of different priority groups. |
TACLOBAN CITY — Good news! The online vaccine registration of Tacloban City is now open for new applications from residents of the city. Said registration is for the first dose inoculation. Individuals may register online at https://safecity.tacloban.gov.ph/vaccine-registration/.
According to Tacloban Safe City (TSC), the City Government of Tacloban, through the City Management Information Systems Office (CMISO), resumes the "online vaccination registration" to make it easier for individuals and priority groups to be inoculated.
You may check here the steps on how to register for COVID-19 vaccination online:
Step 1 - Go to https://safecity.tacloban.gov.ph/vaccine-registration/ and click on the "COVID-19 Vaccine Registration" button.
Step 2 - Fill out the registration form and provide complete details that are needed. After filling out the form, agree with the "terms and conditions" and click on the "submit" button.
Step 3 - After submitting your registration, you will be given a control number that you can use to monitor the status of your registration.
To know the status of your registration. Go to https://safecity.tacloban.gov.ph/vaccine-registration/, click on the COVID-19 vaccine registration button, and then choose "update registration." Enter your control number to know the status of your vaccine registration.
Step 4 - Upon checking your status, you will see the details that show your registration details, including the schedule of your inoculation.
