Globe/TM

If you have already registered on Globe/TM's registration portal. You may verify your SIM Card registration if successful through the following steps:

Step 1 - Go to https://new.globe.com.ph/simreg/


You need to go to the registration portal of Globe/TM, where you can check the registration status of your SIM card. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and a web browser installed on your device.

Step 2 - Enter your Globe/TM mobile number


You must enter the 11-digit mobile number associated with your Globe/TM SIM card. Double-check if you have entered the correct number to avoid errors. Click the "Register" button once done.

Step 3 - Input the OTP sent to your mobile number



After entering your mobile number, you will receive a one-time password (OTP) on your phone via SMS. Input the OTP on the website to proceed with the verification process. The OTP is usually valid for a limited time, so enter it promptly.

Step 4 - Confirm the registration status of your Globe/TM SIM card


After entering the OTP, the website will display the registration status of your SIM card. If your SIM card is registered, you will see a confirmation message saying, "Whoops! Your SIM has been previously registered!"

This means that your SIM is already registered. If your SIM still needs to be registered, you will be prompted to complete the registration process through the same portal.


Smart/TNT/Sun

If you have already completed the registration process on Smart/TNT/Sun's designated portal, you can confirm the successful registration of your SIM card by following the steps below:

Step 1 - Visit https://simreg.smart.com.ph


To start confirming the successful registration of your Smart/TNT/Sun SIM card, you need to visit the designated portal for SIM card registration. Open your web browser and type in the URL https://simreg.smart.com.ph. This will take you to the portal's homepage, where you can verify your SIM card registration.

Step 2 - Enter your Smart/SNT/Sun mobile number



As you scroll down on the homepage, you will come across a field where you must input your mobile number. This should be the same mobile number you provided during registration. To prevent any errors, make sure that you enter your mobile number accurately.

Once you're done, tick the box to accept the terms and conditions and click the "Send OTP" button to continue.

Step 3 - Input the one-time password (OTP) sent to your number


Once you've entered your mobile number, a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS. Input the OTP in the designated field on the portal and then click the "verify OTP" button.

Step 4 - Receive confirmation that your SIM card is successfully registered



Once you have entered the correct OTP, you will receive a confirmation message on the portal that your SIM card has been successfully registered. You can now continue using your Smart/TNT/Sun SIM card for calls, text messages, and mobile data.

You must register your number through the same portal if you don't see the confirmation message.


GOMO

GOMO has instructed its customers to register for its services through the GOMO PH app by following the instructions provided. If you are an existing GOMO user, your registration is considered substantially complete if you have provided accurate and truthful information during the account creation process in the GOMO app.

GOMO has advised its customers to submit their valid ID through the GOMO PH app within April 2023. This will give them sufficient time to obtain a valid government ID and complete the registration process. You will be informed when you need to update your information.

As a result, if you have a GOMO SIM, you do not need to verify whether it is registered or not, provided you have created an account in the app and provided factual information during the account creation process. Your SIM card is considered substantially registered.

DITO




For DITO Subscribers, you can easily check if your SIM Card is already registered during the registration process. Once you've completed the registration process, you will receive a message confirming that your SIM card registration is complete.
