The Philippine government announced the launch of the eTravel platform, an online registration system for visitors to the country and returning residents, as part of its efforts to streamline its entry procedures and data collection processes.

The Health Declaration Checklist of the Department of Health-Bureau of Quarantine can be accessed via etravel.gov.ph beginning 0001H of December 2, 2022.

Passengers who visit the former www.onehealthpass.com.ph website will be redirected to the new eTravel domain. The public will no longer be able to access the old domain of the One Health Pass starting on December 5.

The eTravel platform will house an electronic version of the paper Arrival Card, which travelers must present upon arrival in the Philippines to obtain immigration clearance. The paper Arrival Card will be phased out by the Bureau of Immigration on December 5, 2022.

Through the eTravel portal, all travelers will be required to provide their arrival information and a health declaration.

It is free to sign up for the eTravel platform. The public is advised not to transact with any entities or websites soliciting payments or fees of any kind, as these are unrelated to the Philippine Government's official eTravel platform.

The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) collaborated on the eTravel platform with the Bureau of Immigration (BI), Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ), Bureau of Customs (BOC), Department of Tourism (DOT), Department of Health (DOH), Department of Justice (DOJ), and Department of Transportation (DOTr).
