TACLOBAN CITY – Tacloban City District Engineering Office (TCDEO) joins the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) Concepts and Application training on November 17-18, 2022, at Leyte V District Engineering Office, Baybay Leyte.
The Chief Administrative Officer of DPWH Regional Office VIII, Atty. Jay-B L. Talde led the introduction of Participants: the Administrative Section Chiefs and their Human Resource Management Officer (HRMO) from 14 District Engineering Offices.
TCDEO was represented by the Chief of Administrative Section, Arlene A. Ballon, and Administrative Assistant I, Juvy Lyn S. Adizas. The Assistant Regional Director, David P. Adongay Jr. gave the opening remarks.
The training was composed of various topics and activities about the SPMS, including but not limited to its fundamentals, the DPWH SPMS, Performance Planning, and Commitment, and creating workflow and database matrices—all discussed by the Administrative Officer II of DPWH Regional Office VIII, Marife B. Fallore and the Administrative Officer III, Marsha R. Mante.
"Our Office must ensure that every employee works toward achieving the DPWH's mission, vision, and values to fulfill our responsibility to ensure that our goals are accomplished as efficiently and effectively as possible. That is the essence of this training," Administrative Section Chief Arlene A. Ballon said.
After completing the entire duration of the training, the Administrative Officer's Quarterly Meeting was conducted. (DPWH TCDEO)
