TACLOBAN CITY – The Rizal Central School celebrates the 2022 National Reading Month Celebration under the Multi-Purpose Building of the Department of Public Works and Highways-Tacloban City District Engineering Office (DPWH-TCDEO) that was completed on May 9, 2022.
The project, which has a total contract value of five million pesos, includes the construction of a 10m x 32m covered court. It provides a venue for supporting youth development through social gatherings that promote camaraderie and physical activity.
Furthermore, it will be used by the school as a venue for activities and events to provide convenience when conducting extracurricular activities.
In a statement, DE Acosta stated, "We desire to help the school by providing a space where they may perform their school programs and foster active connection with their students." (DPWH-TCDEO)
