MandaTrack Registration: How to Get QR Code in Mandaluyong City

If you live, work, or visit Mandaluyong City, you must have a QR Code to enter establishments and offices under its jurisdiction.

To obtain a Mandaluyong QR Code, you must first register with the MandaTrack portal. It is Mandaluyong's official contact tracing system, which was launched last year as an effective tool to combat the spread of the COVID-19 disease.

By virtue of Ordinance No. 814, S-2021, or the MandaTrack Ordinance, residents and non-residents are reminded to use MandaTrack and its generated quick response (QR) Code or Mandaluyong QR Code for contact tracing purposes when entering private and public places in the city.

What is MandaTrack?

MandaTrack is the City Government of Mandaluyong's official contact tracking app, which enables residents and non-residents to have their own quick response code, dubbed the Mandaluyong QR Code.

Individuals must use it when entering public facilities and private establishments in Mandaluyong City in order to conduct COVID-19 contact tracing. It is mandatory for all establishments and individuals to use it due to Mandaluyong's "No QR Code. No Entry Policy."


What is Mandaluyong QR Code?

The Mandaluyong QR Code (or MandaTrack QR Code) is a machine-readable matrix barcode created by the MandaTrack web application. It is a component of the Mandaluyong Central Contact Tracing System and enables individuals to register by entering their basic personal information.

After completing the registration process, individuals will receive a unique MandaTrack-generated QR Code that they can save to their smartphones or print for a physical copy.

When a registered establishment scans the MandaTrack QR Code, their personal information is automatically transmitted to the Mandaluyong Central Contact Tracing System, allowing for easier and more effective contact tracing of individuals who may have come into contact with a COVID-19 positive individual.


What are the requirements to get a Mandaluyong QR Code?

Individuals and business owners who wish to obtain a Mandaluyong QR Code or access to MandaTrack must have a device capable of accessing https://mandatrack.appcase.net/. Additionally, they must ensure that they have a stable internet connection to avoid registration errors.

Individuals residing in, working in, or visiting Mandaluyong City, as well as business owners, are required to register in the MandaTrack app.

Where to download or generate Mandaluyong QR Code?

Individuals and business owners can download or generate a Mandaluyong QR Code by visiting the MandaTrack portal at https://mandatrack.appcase.net/.

If you live in Antipolo, Taytay, Pasig, or Valenzuela, you are not required to register for a Mandaluyong QR Code, as QR Codes registered in these areas are accepted by the MandaTrack QR scanner upon entry to establishments.

This is due to the five LGUs' network consortium agreement, which allows residents from each area to enter each territorial jurisdiction using their QR codes.

How do I register a QR Code through MandaTrack?

To register for a Mandaluyong QR Code, individuals must go to the MandaTrack portal at https://mandatrack.appcase.net/ and then click on the "Individual Sign-Up" button. Once redirected to the registration page, they must fill out all the required information and click the "Submit" button. Once validated, they will receive their QR code instantly.

You may also follow the easy and simple steps below:

1. Launch your browser and go to https://mandatrack.appcase.net/

Open your preferred browser; on Android devices, Chrome is recommended; on iOS devices, Safari is recommended. To access the MandaTrack web application, type or navigate to https://mandatrack.appcase.net/. Then, by completing the registration form, you can obtain a quick response code for Mandaluyong City.

2. Click the "Individual Sign-Up" button

For residents, workers, and visitors in Mandaluyong City must click the "Individual Sign-Up" button to begin the MandaTrack QR registration process. 

Note: For visitors and employees who are not from Mandaluyong and already have a QR Code generated by Antipolo Bantay Covid, PasigPass, ValTrace, or Taytay Trail. You are no longer required to register, as Mandaluyong accepts your QR code.

3. Fill out the MandaTrack registration form


You will be redirected to the registration page after clicking the "Individual Sign-Up" button. Fill out the registration form and provide the following details:

  • Personal Information (First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name);
  • Birth Date;
  • Complete Address (Region, City/Municipality, Barangay, etc.);
  • Valid email address;
  • Valid mobile number; and
  • Your preferred username and password.
Note: Remember your username and password because you will use them to login and obtain your Mandaluyong QR Code generated by the MandaTrack web applicaiton.

4. Agree with the consent form and click the "Submit" button

Once you're done filling out the registration form and setting your preferred username and password, you must agree with the consent form. Tick all the boxes that require you to agree with the terms and conditions upon registering for a MandaTrack QR Code. Click on the submit button afterward.

5. Instantly receive your MandaTrack/Mandaluyong QR Code



You will be redirected to your quick response code once your registration has been validated. By clicking the "Download QR" button, you can save the QR Code to your device. You can also download a printable PDF file containing your QR Code ID, which you can laminate.

Note: Individuals may register again in the link provided if they lose their unique personal QR Code, subject to the application's security measures and policies. The lost QR Code will be blocked, and a new unique personal QR Code will be generated.

Where is the MandaTrack QR Code used?

MandaTrack is required for all establishments in Mandaluyong City pursuant to Ordinance 814, S-2021, which requires owners to register with the Mandaluyong City Central Contact Tracing system via the web portal. They will be given access to software that will enable them to scan registrants' MandaTrack QR Codes prior to entering establishments.

Meanwhile, the said ordinance applies to all individuals. They may be customers, visitors, or employees of establishments within Mandaluyong City's territorial jurisdiction, whether residents or non-residents.

How does the Mandatrack QR Code function?

When a QR Code is scanned, the individual's personal information is automatically transmitted and integrated into the Mandaluyong Central Contact Tracing System.

When the scanner is not connected to the internet or cannot connect to the internet in order to transmit the data collected to the Mandaluyong Central Contact Tracing System, the software allows the scanner to store the registrant's personal information in an offline mode. 

The personnel, the owner, or the person in charge of the establishment shall make sure that the stored personal information, while the system was in offline mode, be transmitted to the Mandaluyong Central Contact Tracing System within twenty-four (24) hours from the time data was collected.

The Mandaluyong City Government will handle all information gathered from the individuals with the utmost confidentiality and securely dispose of it thirty (30) days after it was collected.
