TACLOBAN CITY — Authorities arrested five drug personalities and dismantled a drug den located in Quarry District, Brgy. 43-A, Tacloban City, Leyte on Monday evening, May 17, 2021.
Elements of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA RO8) RSET B and TCO identified the suspects as Joshua Ramos (maintainer), John Paul Labiran (co-maintainer), Felipe Gayoso (visitor), John Verle Barredo (visitor), and Remuel Magalona (visitor).
Confiscated from the suspects were one sachet of suspected shabu weighing 6.0585 with an estimated value of Php 41,197, one sachet of marijuana weighing 0.2180 gram with an estimated value of Php 43.00, and drug paraphernalia.
They are now temporarily detained at PDEA Detention Facility and will be facing charges for violation of Sec 5,6,7,11,12 and 26 par. C Art. II of RA 9165, or Comprehensive Drugs Act of 2002. —Tacloban News Update (Source: PDEA)
