“Having this road completed, the outlying town of Silvino Lubos, a once remote and isolated town deprived of government services because of its inaccessibility will now boom economically, enjoy not only the services of the government but the peace it has been yearning for so long a time,” said Engr. David Adongay, District Engineer of the DPWH-NSSDEO.

The place also is a promising tourism trend because of its peculiarities, eco-tourism and cool temperature regarded as the summer capital of Northern Samar. (ldl/ADiaz/PIA N. Samar)
