TACLOBAN CITY – The Technical Education And Skills Development Authority in Eastern Visayas (TESDA-8)has announced that the Provincial Training Center-Northern Samar (Catarman) will be offering scholarship programs in various qualifications. The initiative aims to empower individuals by providing them with the necessary skills for a competitive workforce.

The scholarship programs cover the following qualifications:
- Bread and Pastry Production (BPP) NC II
- Trainer's Methodology Level I
- Driving NC II
- H.E.O. (Backhoe Loader) NC II
- Motorcycle/Small Engine Servicing NC II
Applicants must submit the following documentary requirements:
a. One photocopy of their diploma, permanent record, or T.O.R.
b. One photocopy of their NCAE result
c. Two photocopies of their Birth Certificate (P.S.A. or N.S.O.) or Marriage Contract, if married
d. Five 1x1 I.D. pictures and three passport-sized I.D. pictures (white background, no nametag, corporate attire, or with collar)
