TACLOBAN CITY — The Tacloban City government announced on Wednesday, September 28, through the Public Employment Service Office (PESO), that a Mega Job Fair for city residents will be held on Friday, October 28.
The job fair will be held at the Tacloban City Convention Center or Astrodome from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., where job-seeking residents can apply with fifty (50) local employers from various industries, ten (10) overseas recruitment agencies, and national government agencies.
According to a social media post by PESO, the activity aims to connect unemployed people with job opportunities, particularly those in the city. This is open to all unemployed, underemployed, skilled and unskilled workers, recent college graduates, training institution graduates, displaced workers, and other employees looking for a better job.
