According to a police report, Romeo Undat, Married and a resident of Barangay Biasong, Libagon, Southern Leyte, went to Tacloban City Police Station 2 on May 31, 2022, to report that he left his bag on an MCH Tricycle with body number 0935 when he got off at Leyte Home Depot.

His bag contained a wallet with 70,000 pesos in cash, a driver's license, an SSS card, a Philhealth card, and other valuables. He attempted to locate the said tricycle to retrieve his belongings.
