TACLOBAN CITY — Department of Education (DepEd) Tacloban City Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Mariza S. Magan welcomes Tacloban City students to the limited face-to-face classes, which will begin this Monday, March 7.

Dr. Magan told the City Information Office (CIO), that she could feel the excitement of the students and teachers a few days before Monday after nearly two years of overcoming the challenges of modular distance learning.

"While the main purpose of employing the F2F classes is for us to ensure that learning takes place as expected,  safety is still our primary priority. This is the reason why we ensured that all schools implementing the face-to-face learning modality are SSAT compliant, prior to its offering," Dr. Magan stated.

She then expressed her gratitude to the teachers for their consistent support of this endeavor, emphasizing how their responsibilities have grown heavier with the introduction of limited F2F classes while maintaining the modular learning scheme.

Meanwhile, Magan expressed gratitude to the parents for entrusting their children to them once more. —Tacloban News Update (Source: CIO)
