Taytay QR Code Registration: How to Register using Taytay Trail

Taytay QR Code is a component of Taytay LGU's contact tracing system. Taytay Trail can be used to generate it. Find out how to register here.

Since June 2021, Taytay LGU in Rizal has used the Taytay Trail QR Code as the town's official contact tracing solution under Ordinance No. 705, Series of 2021, following the national government's guidelines for preventing the disease's further spread within its territorial jurisdiction.

The ordinance requires that all public and private establishments in their jurisdiction implement the use of the Taytay Trail by requiring clients or individuals to present a QR Code upon entering their premises.

Taytay LGU deemed it necessary to establish an automated contact tracing solution through quick response codes as part of the health monitoring system to provide a contactless, efficient, and inclusive contact identification and follow-up system.

Due to a network consortium agreement, QR Codes generated in Taytay Trail can also be used in Pasig, Mandaluyong, Antipolo, and Valenzuela. As of this writing, The Taytay Trail web app is also being used to aid in Taytay's vaccination efforts.
