Tacloban City's vaccination drive has been lauded by the National Vaccines Operation Center (NVOC). Dr. Gloria Fabrigas, Tacloban City Health Officer, shared the news after receiving a message from the NVOC praising the increased and aggressive vaccination campaign.

Additionally, the city surpasses another milestone by fully immunizing 50% of the target population.

The vaccination team conducts vaccinations in barangays to reach out to more people in the community. Frontliners visited Barangay 110 Utap on Monday, November 22, and are scheduled to inoculate residents of Barangays 94-A and 92 on Tuesday, November 23.

Mayor Alfred Romualdez continues to urge unvaccinated residents to get vaccinated as the city nears herd immunity. Monday through Saturday, the city's vaccination centers are open. —Tacloban News Update (Source: Tacloban - CIO)
