Residents and non-residents (workers, visitors, tourists, etc.) must use the CCTS portal to generate a QR Card to enter establishments within the province's territorial jurisdiction. All local government units (LGUs) in Davao del Sur are required to use CCTS and require establishments to install scanning points.

1. Open your browser and go to https://southcotabato.ph/web/


On your browser, go to https://southcotabato.ph/web/ to access the CCTS portal. You must make sure that your internet connection is stable to avoid registration errors. On the homepage of the CCTS portal, you will see the logos of participating provinces and cities which include Davao del Sur province.

2. Go to the Menu and click the "Register" button


Once you're on the homepage of the CCTS portal, tap the "≡" button to reveal the menu. You will see several options or categories to navigate the CCTS portal particularly: services, data privacy, faqs, and contact. Click the "Register" button to proceed with the registration.

3. Choose "Citizen" registration from the options


After you click the "Register" button, a drop-down menu will appear from which you can select your registration type. Individuals should choose "Citizen" while business owners should choose "Establishment."

Note: Travelers, visitors, and workers in Davao del Sur may register directly with the CCTS portal to obtain a Davao del Sur QR Code.

4. Fill out the registration form and tap "Register"


Once you've clicked the "Citizen" registration, you will be redirected to the registration form. Fill it out and provide the necessary information such as complete name, date of birth, gender, address, email address, and mobile number.

After completing the form, check the "I'm not a robot" box for verification and then click the "Register" button. Accept the consent/confirmation to complete your QR Code registration.




5. Download your Davao del Sur QR Code


To proceed to the next page and download your QR Code, ensure that you have agreed with the consent/confirmation. 

You will be redirected to a page where you can download your QR Code after clicking the "Yes" button. Once on that page, tap "Click here" to download the QR Code PDF file, which you must print or save to your device.
