TACLOBAN CITY — A new radio station in Tacloban, Favorite Music Radio (FMR Tacloban 100.7 Mhz), has hit the airwaves today.
It is the flagship radio station of the Philippine Collective Media Corporation (PCMC) and a replacement for Kaugop Radio that previously broadcasted at 100.7 Mhz frequency.
Its program features a roster of local radio personalities, such as Mama Mavette, Lulu Palencio, Jay Barrio, Efraim Ortega, Nick Esmale, Danny Requiz. Noel Loyogoy, Sylvia Abadingo, Larry Portillo, DJ Tricks, and husband and wife: Atty. Mark Reyes and Atty. Angelica Reyes.
Mayor Alfred Romualdez and Leyte First District Congressman Martin Romualdez led the ribbon-cutting ceremony during the launching of FMR Tacloban on Friday, March 12.
FMR Tacloban is located at the Tingog Community Center in Real St., Sagkahan, and operating daily from 4:00AM to 12:00MN. — Tacloban News Update
