TACLOBAN CITY – A lone bettor from Tacloban City won the PHP35.4-million jackpot prize in Saturday night's Grand Lotto 6/55 draw, according to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).
This was confirmed by PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles, who said that the winner selected the six-digit winning combination 44-50-07-52-46-36, which had a total jackpot prize of P35.41 million.
Five other players each received P100,000 for correctly guessing five of the winning six-digit combination.
The winner can get the check at PCSO's main office in Mandaluyong City by showing the winning ticket and two forms of identification. Lotto winnings of more than P10,000 are subject to a 20% tax under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law.
